Job Description:

The Personal Banking Leadership Associate Program is a 24-month developmental experience that involves immersive rotations in the Personal Bank. It equips participants with knowledge and skills to succeed through dedicated mentorship, networking events, and personalized coaching. Participants will contribute to digital solutions, gain insights across various business groups, and be prepared for future VP-level roles at Citi.

Job Responsibility:

Participating in two 12-month rotations in different business groups
Broadening skills and exploring areas of interest
Building a strong professional network through mentorship and networking events
Completing the program and being considered for a VP-level role

Requirements:

Obtaining your MBA degree and graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
3-5 years of work experience
Technically Advanced in PowerPoint, Intermediate in Excel
