Job Description:

The U.S. Personal Banking Leadership Analyst Program is a 24-month rotational experience for graduating undergraduate seniors aimed at developing skills, broadening perspectives, and preparing for AVP-level roles in Citi's personal banking divisions.

Job Responsibility:

24-month developmental program with two 12-month rotations
developing skills in functional roles such as Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, Customer Experience, Risk and Controls, and Analytics
building a strong professional network
potential for AVP-level role post-program

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
maintained a 3.3 GPA and above
U.S Work Authorization
