Job Description:

The U.S. Personal Banking Analyst Program is a 24-month rotational leadership and development program designed to provide hands-on experience across various business groups such as Cards, Retail Banking, Marketing, and more. Participants will gain exposure to functional roles including Product Management, Project Management, Strategy, Analytics, and Risk and Controls. The program offers mentorship, networking events, and personalized career coaching.

Job Responsibility:

Working in two 12-month rotations across the U.S. Personal Bank
Immersing in a different business group, such as Cards, Retail Banking, Citi Retail Services, Marketing, Customer Experience and more
Performing functional roles such as Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, Customer Experience, Risk and Controls, and Analytics

Requirements:

You are obtaining your undergraduate degree and are graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
You have maintained a 3.3 GPA and above
You have U.S Work Authorization
