Job Description:

In U.S. Personal Banking at Citi, the analyst program is a 24-month developmental experience offering two 12-month rotations across various business groups. The program develops undergraduate students through mentorship, networking, and leadership opportunities, preparing them for AVP-level roles. Job Responsibility:

Working in two 12-month rotations across the U.S. Personal Bank
Spending a rotation immersed in a different business group, such as: Cards, Retail Banking, Citi Retail Services, Marketing, Customer Experience
Performing roles such as: Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, Customer Experience, Risk and Controls, and Analytics
Broadening your skills
Building a professional network
Preparing for an AVP-level role at Citi

Requirements:

You are obtaining your undergraduate degree and are graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
You have maintained a 3.3 GPA and above
You have U.S Work Authorization
