To get there, we are looking for Amazon's next generation of Senior Managers to join the Pathways Leadership Program in Amazon Operations. Pathways is a three-year program designed to rapidly develop experienced MBA and Masters-level graduates with the skills needed to be Amazons next Senior Operations Managers and beyond.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead continuous improvement projects which will impact productivity, quality and most importantly customer experience
  • Develop standard operating procedures
  • Direct accountability for setting and meeting operational goals
  • Scope and design standardized concepts
  • Shadow leaders across operations to learn what it takes to be a manager at Amazon
  • With support from management, lead large teams across different shifts
  • Learn how leaders conduct weekly business reviews for their sites and support them in the preparation of business reviews
  • Collaborate with senior management and support teams, which may include Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional work (non-internship) experience
  • Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience delivering complex projects with prior ownership of the operation of a mission-critical team and/or product
  • Work full-time hours
  • Candidate must have graduated within the last 12 months from an MBA/MSc/PhD/MEng program
  • Native of Fluent Level of Portuguese (Brazil)
  • Advanced Level of English
  • Flexible to work in non-traditional shift patterns, which may include nights and weekends
  • Open to relocate within the country you have applied to work within
