Job Description:

At IKEA, we believe that people are the driving force behind our business. Therefore, we are now looking for new leadership trainees for our ambitious leadership trainee program. We are looking for someone who sees opportunities and is motivated to learn how to become a successful leader in the future. You have your feet firmly planted on the ground and can challenge existing ways of doing things. At the same time, you understand how to build relationships and create trust, and you want to help develop the people around you.

Job Responsibility:

Develop your leadership skills and learn to give and take responsibility
Be involved in your manager's daily work
Gain insight and the skills to lead and run a million-dollar business with between 8-25 employees

Requirements:

Have a passion for leadership and experience in leading others, for example, from work, sports, volunteering, or community life
Be enthusiastic about, together with the team, giving all customers an unforgettable experience in the restaurant
Naturally take initiative and achieve results that benefit both the business and people
Communicate clearly and be able to write and speak professional English and Danish
Enjoy sales - both personal and indirect sales, and be able to think outside the box to ensure the continued growth of the business
Have an analytical and results-oriented approach to tasks and an interest in KPIs and how we ensure the best customer experience through them
