Job Responsibility

  • Work on the day shift from Monday to Friday
  • Plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 25 unionized employees
  • Be responsible for the operational processes of your sector by achieving and monitoring the production objectives
  • Plan the daily operations of his sector and follow up on them
  • Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc.
  • Resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain communication with other departments for any issue related to his sector
  • Ensure continuous improvement through the use of operational excellence concepts and the problem solving process

Requirements
