Job Responsibility:

  • Lead an engaged and experienced team of salaried employees towards delivery of critical parts supporting our aircraft in service, assembly lines, manufacturing sites and external customers
  • Assume all HR responsibilities of the team, including the relationship with Tech Mahindra and their team supporting our activities
  • Ensure the conformity of logistics processes and employee training in alignment with Bombardier’s Quality System
  • Foster a culture of excellence supporting production activities
  • Clarify roles & responsibilities of your team with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate your team’s activities across other functions within the organization
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure deployment of our Operational Excellence system
  • Coach your team to develop their talent within the organization
  • Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization

Requirements:

  • Experience in planning and master the usage of ERP systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a college diploma with over five (5) years of experience in a logistics team
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in management
  • Excellent management skills
  • Good judgment, results oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and observe tight delivery deadlines
  • Extraordinary flexibility and passionate about non-recurring work activities
  • Fully bilingual (English and French) written and spoken
