Job Description:

Lead Website Engineer for a fast-moving, tight-knit squad within the R&D department. The squad's objective is to empower the marketing team, build digital experiences, support acquisition channels, integrate with the martech stack, and experiment with new frameworks. The website is both a technical product and a creative platform, serving as the cornerstone of all 360Learning marketing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Shape every stage of development—from concept to deployment
  • Define the technical vision, drive architectural decisions, and ensure systems remain stable, scalable, and easy to maintain
  • Build and lead experimentation framework to test, measure, and validate new ideas
  • Coach talented developers, guiding them through regular feedback, performance reviews
  • Empower marketing team to manage content autonomously through CMS and AI tools
  • Build memorable digital experiences including campaign microsites
  • Support acquisition channels (paid, content, partners, SEO) with high-performance, conversion-optimized pages
  • Integrate deeply with martech stack (Marketo, Wistia, Chili Piper, AI SEO tooling)
  • Continuously experiment with new frameworks and automation to make site faster, smarter, and more creative
