Job Responsibility:

  • Defining code standards, technology choices and best practices (clean code, testing, CI/CD)
  • Supporting a mixed team (local and international), mentoring developers, conducting code reviews and promoting skills development
  • Designing and developing robust, high-performance, and scalable complex web applications
  • Collaborating with product and design teams to transform complex business needs into intuitive interfaces
  • Optimize the responsiveness, rendering and overall performance of applications

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of at least 5 years in web application development
  • Initial experience as a Tech lead of at least 2 years
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Expertise in Angular
  • Expertise in Express, SQL
  • Good knowledge of integration (HTML5, SCSS/CSS in JS) and responsive design
  • Essential fluency in English
  • Ability to take a step back and analyze software architecture
  • Pragmatic: you know how to balance technical debt and feature delivery
  • You are a good teacher and communicator: you enjoy sharing your knowledge and you have a good team spirit
  • Ability to manage a mixed team (local and international)
