Job Responsibility:
Lead complex initiatives within Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services functional area, including those that are cross-functional and that have broad impact
Work as key participant in large-scale planning for Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services functional area
Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, large-scale, and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services peers, colleagues, and middle to more experienced level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Requirements:
5+ years of Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment
Must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies
Must meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening
Nice to have:
Consumer and commercial client, mortgage or private banking experience including working with professional services firms (legal services)
Experience working with clients in the High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) space
