Job Description:

Lead Wealth Management Banker (SAFE) in the Professional Services team in the Legal Specialty Group. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in developing new and managing existing High Net Worth Client relationships
Work as part of a Wealth team that utilizes an integrated planning approach
Review and analyze custom credit and deposit strategies and solutions
Resolve banking solutions and deliver custom credit and deposit strategies
Lead team to meet functional area deliverables
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers
Interact with internal and external customers
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand wallet share

Requirements:

5+ years of Wealth Management Banking experience or equivalent
Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) exams
Deep knowledge of the financial needs of professionals in law
Experience with succession planning, tax-efficient strategies, and practice ownership transitions
Experience working with UHNW clients
Excellent sales and relationship management skills
Strong knowledge of credit and cash management services
Excellent sales advisory and discovery skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative sales skills
Knowledge of wealth management products and referral partnerships
SAFE registration at the time of employment
Compliance with FINRA licensing requirements
Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements

Nice to have:

Experience working with UHNW clients
Knowledge of wealth management products and referral partnerships
