The section also provides support to the WIM Diverse Segments group, including WIM referral activity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead complex initiatives within Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services functional area, including those that are cross-functional and that have broad impact
  • Work as key participant in large-scale planning for Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services functional area
  • Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, large-scale, and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services peers, colleagues, and middle to more experienced level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Requirements:

5+ years of Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • Consumer and commercial client, mortgage or private banking experience including working with professional services firms (legal services)
  • Experience working with clients in the High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) space
  • Experience consistently delivering strong sales performance
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA equivalents) exams to qualify for immediate registration
