Job Responsibility

  • Define the overarching design strategy for projects, considering user needs, business objectives, and brand identity
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of visually compelling design strategies for diverse digital projects
  • Collaborate closely with the design studio to design the KV and campaigns for 10Pearls
  • Devise and execute innovative concepts in line with the company's brand identity and messaging
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of target audiences and market trends, translating insights into design solutions that resonate with clients' customers
  • Generate visual assets, encompassing graphics, illustrations, and layouts, for digital campaigns
  • Uphold uniform visual standards across all marketing materials
  • Take charge of projects from inception to fruition, meeting all project deadlines
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow designers when necessary
  • Stay informed about advancements in design software, techniques, and best practices, and champion their integration into the design processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to lead design teams, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies
