Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on, technically proficient Video Lead to support the Creative Agency Lead in managing the video production stream for our studio’s diverse portfolio of games. This role is pivotal in guiding our capture artists and video editors as they produce high-impact marketing and user acquisition assets—including trailers, gameplay showcases, and social media content—for PC, console, and mobile platforms. As the discipline's primary reference, you will oversee cinematic and gameplay capture, editing, pacing, and visual storytelling. You will balance hands-on production with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that our video team operates with high quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the day-to-day video production stream
  • Provide mentorship to capture artists and video editors
  • Define production standards and technical workflows
  • Produce high-quality video content for complex projects
  • Utilize deep knowledge of Unity and Unreal for in-game footage capture
  • Apply editing excellence with rhythm, storytelling, and sound design
  • Refine and document capture workflows
  • Partner with Creative Project Manager to assess briefs and identify risks
  • Review all assets for brand identity and quality
  • Collaborate with Marketing, User Acquisition, and Game teams
  • Serve as technical bridge between stakeholders and creative team
