Lead Veterinary Surgeon

We are seeking an experienced vet with a passion for both people and pets. Birkenhead is in search of a Veterinary Surgeon to lead our team of vets, ensuring that high standards of clinical care are met through coaching and mentoring. You will be jointly responsible for embedding the Animal Trust Values, fostering a caring and nurturing working environment. Working closely with our Practice Manager and Lead Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Your responsibilities will extend to evaluating clinic KPIs and P&L, ensuring optimal performance and the continued success of the hospital. About Animal Trust: Our mission is to provide affordable veterinary care to sick pets. We are a Community Interest Company, which means we reinvest the majority of our profits into our team and our patients' care. Rota: 38hrs/week; 4 day week; 2:9 Saturdays; Working 10hr days (with 1 hr unpaid lunch) between the hours of 8am and 7pm
