Veterinary nursing experience

Job Responsibility

Provide day-to-day clinic coordination and operational support
Lead, mentor, and develop a small nursing team
Work alongside the Lead Vet to improve clinical standards and workflows
Support team communication, expectations, and performance
Deliver high standards of patient care and client service
Continue working in a hands-on nursing capacity across surgery, consults, and patient care

Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
3+ year’s experience as a Veterinary Nurse
Confidence in surgical nursing, anaesthetics, and patient care
Confident communicator with excellent client-care skills

Job Responsibility

Lead the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care and clinical support
Coordinate daily operations, including rostering and team allocation
Support veterinarians across surgeries and clinical procedures
Work closely with veterinarians and support teams to ensure smooth clinic operations
Manage stock and ensure accurate handling of restricted drugs with the support of the Clinical Development Lead
Drive team performance, development and a positive client experience
