We are looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager to take ownership of user acquisition strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a strong, structured, and systematic leader with proven experience driving results across major UA channels. This is a high-priority role focused on building and motivating teams, pushing processes forward, and ensuring measurable growth.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and separately in Facebook Ads
  • Native-level proficiency in Russian (mandatory)
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving processes
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to oversee UA campaigns effectively
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to push initiatives forward while maintaining team motivation
