We are looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager to take ownership of user acquisition strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a strong, structured, and systematic leader with proven experience driving results across major UA channels. This is a high-priority role focused on building and motivating teams, pushing processes forward, and ensuring measurable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage a team of user acquisition specialists, setting clear goals and ensuring accountability
Develop and execute strategies across Google and Facebook Ads, leveraging expertise to optimize performance
Drive growth through structured processes, technical rigor, and data-driven decision-making
Motivate, inspire, and energize the team, fostering a high-performance culture
Act as a strong, visible leader who can oversee operations, implement improvements, and ensure the team meets targets
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and separately in Facebook Ads
Native-level proficiency in Russian (mandatory)
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving processes
Strong analytical and technical skills to oversee UA campaigns effectively
Energetic, proactive, and able to push initiatives forward while maintaining team motivation
Experience in scaling user acquisition efforts and achieving measurable growth
