Shape the future of enterprise software at Citrix. Help shape the future of our administrator and end-user experiences for both cloud and on-premises enterprise products. Collaborating closely with talented designers, product managers, and engineers across the globe, you'll lead initiatives to create intuitive and innovative solutions that empower our users.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive key design initiatives and build strong relationships with product and engineering stakeholders, effectively advocating for design excellence
  • Partner with Product Managers, Content Designers, and Engineers throughout the design process, from ideation to implementation, to deliver impactful user experiences
  • Proactively seek to understand our users’s needs and experiences, translating those insights into solutions
  • Explore the future of our products and push the boundaries of what's possible through vision projects
  • Contribute to our design system, mentor other designers, and stay ahead of the curve on emerging design trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product design experience with a focus on enterprise software solutions
  • Deep understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and design systems
  • Proficiency in Figma, including creating high-quality components and prototypes, auto-layout, and variables
  • Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate design concepts to product and engineering teams
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional design projects
  • Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop innovative design solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years experience with a strong portfolio showcasing extensive product design experience
  • Master’s degree with 6 years experience, or a PhD with 3 years experience also considered
  • Candidates must provide an accessible online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including problem definition, design process, and final outcomes
