Job Responsibility

  • Manage and support a Middle Market Treasury Management portfolio across the South Carolina territory, serving as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term strategic goals
  • Lead the development and execution of solutions for highly complex business and technical challenges spanning multiple lines of business
  • Drive large-scale, innovative initiatives requiring advanced analytical thinking, cross-functional coordination, and deep subject matter expertise
  • Provide vision, direction, and guidance to leadership on implementing impactful, enterprise-wide treasury solutions
  • Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, while mentoring peers and serving as a subject matter expert
  • Collaborate and engage effectively with professionals and leaders at all levels across the organization to align on priorities and drive results

Requirements

5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have

  • Extensive experience working with middle market companies
  • Strong knowledge of treasury solutions, products, and services, including liquidity management and payment strategies
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships through effective collaboration, relationship management, and communication
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with complex deal structuring and pricing strategies for treasury products
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and cash flow patterns to recommend optimal solutions
