Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions. This role will be responsible for the development and retention of Emerging Middle Market clients with banking centered on the development of long-term relationships. This position will partner with multiple Relationship Managers, our industry experts, in a consultative selling role and is responsible for meeting annual sales goals and pipelining activity targets. This Commercial business works with annual revenues of $25MM-$100MM; this individual will be responsible for working with more complex clients in this segment with annual revenues of $50MM-$100MM.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in large scale planning for Treasury Management Consulting functional area
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, large scale, or long-term business, operational, or technical challenges
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor
  • Development and retention of Emerging Middle Market clients with banking centered on the development of long-term relationships
  • Partner with multiple Relationship Managers in a consultative selling role
  • Responsible for meeting annual sales goals and pipelining activity targets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong understanding of Treasury Management Payables and Receivables, with the ability to apply financial expertise to client needs
  • Proven experience managing high volumes of sales calls with a strategic focus on planning, execution, and anticipating customer needs
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a consultative approach to engaging prospects and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Excellent partnership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and remain receptive to feedback
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • capable of managing multiple deals and partner relationships simultaneously
  • Must be able to effectively support clients operating in both Central Standard Time (CST) and Mountain Standard Time (MST) zones
