Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Analyst, Vice President, to spearhead the development of Liquidity analytics, responsible for supporting liquidity solutions, reporting, modeling and automation efforts, and data projects centered on Internal Liquidity Stress Testing (ILST); 2052a, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR); and Recovery and Resolution Planning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build best in class tools that directly inform the risk position of the firm
  • drive aspects of a critical liquidity function, complex projects, and initiatives
  • ensure deliverables are completed and compliant with various treasury risk and regulatory requirements
  • guide technology partners in the design of our computational needs and backbone
  • interact with leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives
  • collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including leadership
  • develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Requirements:

5+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a discipline such as mathematics, engineering, quantitative finance, computer sciences, or related field
  • knowledge of bank products across retail and wholesale businesses
  • ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects or large-scale individual projects
  • programming experience in Python and object-oriented, functional, or similar languages
  • technical experience integrating or wrapping high performance libraries, remote procedure calls, and general high performance industry tools
  • technical familiarity with real-time streaming of market or transactional data
  • a strong sense of ownership and self-starter with attention to detail
  • polished communication skills and ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, straightforward manner to executive management
  • thrives in a large organization by collaborating with many teams
  • ability to work in a team-based environment, prioritize tasks, learn quickly, provide superior customer service, and take on new challenges
