Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Trade Services Processor to provide support services in the delivery of a wide range of Trade Service products, including letters of credit and documentary collections, while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support services in delivery of Trade Service products
Perform issuing, advising and amending of letters of credit
Negotiate letters of credit documents
Process documentary and direct collections in accordance with Trade Services standards
Guide individuals on complex tasks including amending letters of credit
Assist leaders in training staff on new products or procedures
Coordinate workflow in the absence of leadership
Prioritize work and provide day-to-day leadership to team
Identify opportunities for additional product sales through client referrals
Make recommendations to changes in existing policies and procedures
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement

Requirements:

6+ years of Trade Service experience
Experience in Trade Service
Demonstrates inter-personal skills to identify and appropriately act upon scenarios requiring escalation or further due diligence
6+ years in a role with exposure to BSA/AML, Sanctions and Anti-boycott policies and procedures
Ability to understand and consistently adhere to procedures related to BSA/AML, Sanctions and Anti-boycott
Written and verbal communication skills to provide clear and concise risk escalations
