Job Description:

Lead Third Party Engagement Manager for Global Business Function within Chief Technology Office, Connectivity providing services covering networks, security and contact centre. Responsible for providing oversight, guidance, support and management information to monitor and ensure effective third-party engagement management across Connectivity services globally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide oversight, guidance, support and management information to monitor and ensure effective third-party engagement management across Connectivity services globally
  • Monitor and report Archer/OneTPM tasks
  • Liaise with wider Connectivity TPEM's to drive conclusions
  • Hold vendors to account on risk and performance management
  • Work collaboratively with GTPM Hub on risk management activities
  • Provide SME support to Connectivity TPEM's and be the point of escalation
  • Act as primary point of contact for owned engagements
  • Hold vendors to account for performance
  • Initiate and track remediation activities
  • Review Supplier Performance Dashboard
  • Drive risk management activities with business Stakeholders
  • Hold regular meetings with Third Parties to review holistic performance
  • Support and cooperate with line manager in implementing new solutions
  • Project manage TPRM and contract related initiatives
  • Seek improvements and drive initiatives to effectively manage Third Party Risk

Requirements:

  • TPRM and VRM experience of 4+ years
  • Experience in managing/assessing risks for Network Infrastructure, MPLS and/or Circuit providers is an asset
  • Degree level education or equivalent
  • Business English language with familiarity of legal and tech vocabulary
  • Familiarity with technology service delivery models and understanding legal agreements interpretation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities
  • Strong depth and breadth of technology knowledge, with direct experience of Telecommunications Services will be an asset
  • Effective stakeholder management skills with focus on building long-term relationships
  • Proven ability to articulate complex and technical issues concisely
  • Intuitive and able to troubleshoot issues and problems as they occur
  • Gravitas and ability to interact with senior business management and vendors
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing activities, schedules and workloads
  • Respectful of different cultures, and experience of working with colleagues from across the globe

Nice to have:
