Job Description:

An integral member of the Spa, the Lead Massage Therapist position performs massages and body treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols as well as supervising the team of Massage Therapist, maintaining inventories, creating POs, conducting trainings, scheduling employees and ensuring that all treatment rooms are properly equipped and that all standards/protocols are being performed by others. The Lead Massage Therapist also complies with Four Seasons’ core and culture standards. This position ensures a positive spa experience for all guests.

Requirements:

  • Certified Therapist
  • English – Speaking reading, writing and oral proficiency
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the Spa Luxury industry
  • Supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of computer systems, as well as ease of learning in general software applications
  • Possesses aptitude and excellent relationship with colleague’s and upward mobility
  • Education and qualifications in beauty and body treatments, massage therapies, aromatherapy, manicure beauty products, customer service
  • Ability to listen and understand guest needs, respect guest privacy, create an exceptional, customized and professional experience to our guests
