Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to join the Debit Card Processing team within Consumer Small and Business Banking. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic payments initiatives and delivering impactful technology solutions across business and technical domains.

Job Responsibility:

Lead complex payments initiatives to provide technological solutions
Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge
Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests
Make decisions in highly complex situations
Lead project or systems documentation
Monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
Collaborate with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive solutions

Requirements:

5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience
or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
No Visa sponsorship eligibility

Nice to have:

Demonstrated expertise in Debit Card, Credit Card, and Deposits systems
Proactively identified and mitigated payments fraud
Deep understanding of banking and payments systems including transaction processing, compliance, and customer lifecycle
Successfully led Agile Scrum teams from Discovery through Go-Live
Managed complex projects across multiple stakeholders
Partnered closely with technology teams to define requirements
Skilled in Agile methodologies and proficient in JIRA
Created compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership
