Lead Technology Business Services Consultant

• Serve as trusted advisor and strategic counselor to executive leadership
• Function as operational linchpin and strategic facilitator
• Deliver operational oversight and execution for aligned CIO
• Provide executive support for special initiatives and engagement activities
• Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges
• Engage with technology leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives
• Advise and influence leadership in developing effective programs

• 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience
• Dynamic, self-driven, and results oriented leader with strong prioritization skills
• Ability to influence, partner, communicate and negotiate with all levels of leadership
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in successfully managing complex strategic programs/projects
• Experience operating within Agile product model environment (Scrum/Kanban)
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
• Experience with Workforce Management
• Experience with Portfolio Demand and Capacity Management
• Experience with Governance and Control
