Job Description:

Lead Technology Business Services Consultant providing strategic operational support for Consumer Technology group at Wells Fargo, focusing on delivering exceptional operational services and capabilities that amplify customer impact and drive excellence in technology initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as trusted advisor and strategic counselor to executive leadership
Function as operational linchpin and strategic facilitator
Deliver operational oversight and execution for aligned CIO
Provide executive support for special initiatives and engagement activities
Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges
Engage with technology leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives
Advise and influence leadership in developing effective programs

Requirements:

5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience
Dynamic, self-driven, and results oriented leader with strong prioritization skills
Ability to influence, partner, communicate and negotiate with all levels of leadership
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Finance, budget planning and familiarity with contract requirements
Experience managing complex strategic programs/projects
Experience operating within Agile product model environment (Scrum/Kanban)
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Experience with Workforce Management
Experience with Portfolio Demand and Capacity Management
Experience with Governance and Control

Nice to have:

Experience in successfully managing complex strategic programs/projects
Experience operating within Agile product model environment (Scrum/Kanban)
