Job Description

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our growing team as Lead Technician for our recently launched company specializing in the installation of temperature monitoring systems for commercial properties. As the Lead Technician, you will play a critical role in overseeing and executing the installation of advanced temperature monitoring devices, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will lead installation teams, coordinate with property managers, and maintain high standards of quality and safety on all projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage installation teams on-site at commercial properties
  • Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot temperature monitoring devices
  • Coordinate project schedules and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
  • Train and mentor junior technicians as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HVAC, building systems, or related technical fields
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with temperature monitoring technology preferred but not required
