Job Responsibility

  • Perform complex repairs on aircraft systems
  • Assist in creation of service orders with SAP or applicable operating systems
  • May assist in complete engine and / or APU runs, as required
  • Provide time estimates
  • Train, coach and support other employees
  • May perform Delegated Inspector (DI) function as qualified by QA

Requirements

  • Typically, a minimum of 5 years aircraft maintenance work experience or substantiated equivalent experience
  • Typically, a minimum of 1 year corporate / commercial jet experience
  • Current, and valid, FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
  • Basic PC skills
  • Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status
  • Own Basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate Inventory & control of tools
  • Must obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required
  • Ability to work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled workdays and holidays
  • Ability to work in seasonal/inclement weather outside
  • Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA)
