We are looking for a Lead Technical Risk & Safety Engineer for one of our clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform responsibility of a Lead engineer on project/proposal, review contract requirements, plan and organize the project documents delivery
  • Lead the team for Successful Completion of HSEIA Process
  • Review & Interpret P&ID, HMB, Plant layout, operating procedure, Documentation & Drawing
  • Participation in multidiscipline Design projects and workshops
  • Fire-Water Demand Calculations
  • Fire & Gas detection layouts
  • Cause & Effect for fire detection & suppression system
  • Preparation of Safety equipment layout
  • Prepare specification for safety equipment
  • Performing and reviewing Safety case, HSEIA and Design HSE Case
  • Performing and reviewing the FERA, QRA, EERA, ESSA and Performance standards reports
  • Escape, Evacuation, Rescue and Recovery Assessments
  • Perform design reviews/verifications
  • Delivering training and developing training materials for HAZOP/PHA/HAZID/SIL
  • Performing Hazardous Area assessment
  • SIL verification / validation
  • Taking lead role for the project, proposals, managing the clients and other interface meeting required by the client
  • Supporting to Juniors in technical safety studies

Requirements:

  • Good Experience in Facilitating /chairing HAZOP/PHA/LOPA/HAZID/SIL/ ALARP / PHSER workshops – both short and long duration
  • Knowledge of SIMOPS, MOPO, Constructability Review - Desirable
  • As Subject Mater Expert Participating in project Risk Assessment Studies HAZOP, HAZID, SIL studies, PHSER and other safety workshops when required
