Job Description

We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise a project involving multiple work streams
  • End to end financial, resource, and milestone oversight
  • Focus on identifying and escalating risk
  • Assist the team in staying on track to delivery expectations
  • Assist with scenario planning at key decision points
  • Maintain detailed documentation on project status

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working on large scale projects in an enterprise company
  • A strong executive presence including status updates and reporting
  • Strong financial background
  • Experience in risk assessment and escalation
  • Strong experience in deploying enterprise scale Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) projects
  • Established knowledge and understanding of identity management tools and products such as OKTA, Ping, ACME, Keystone, Active Directory
  • Agile, Scrum, & PMP
  • Ability to translate 'executive talk' into actions
  • Attention to details
  • excellent hands-on-keyboard documentation skills
  • Excellent story telling skills
  • Past experience in interfacing with Executives as project manager
  • MUST be flexible in working hours as this role involves resources from both coasts
  • BA or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Experience in SAP, SmartSheets, MyPPM, JIRA
  • Past Disney experience a huge plus
