Job Description:

The role is within the Frontline Enablement and Marketing (FEM) Tech team, which is part of the CIB Technology, providing Business Intelligence solutions and support for CIB business areas, including finance and sales teams

Job Responsibility:

  • Senior stakeholder management with regards to delivery budget, scheduling and resource management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to understand and gather requirements to develop the best solutions
  • Design based on high level requirements at program level and delivery end to end solutions
  • Analyse the requirements in-depth and come up with detail design and help developers to build solution
  • Develop and mentor developers and testers in the team on domain front
  • Contribute to the strategic vision for building high performance teams
  • Line management of Poland project development team, including hiring, day-to-day support and oversight
  • Assisting and deputizing for project manager & CIB Technology FEM Country Lead
  • External vendor technology facilitation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analysis preferably in banking domain
  • Experience with managing a multi-role technical team, including hiring for technical roles, people management and mentoring
  • Skilled at working with senior stakeholders, analysing & capturing functional & non-functional requirements for long-term and short-term projects
  • Ability to work with a group of stakeholders to agreed outcomes and actions
  • Experience of building and managing a team
  • Experience working with an international development and business teams
  • Background in leading development across multiple pods, with both on- and off-shore resources, to successfully deliver on time and budget
  • Hands on working experience of working in agile, business driven development (BDD) & devops best practices
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to analyse a complicated issue or opportunity & problem solve

  • Good knowledge of MI reporting for Financial Reporting
  • Experience with QlikSense & React (“Mashup”)
  • Knowledge of Investment Banking products
