The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing strategic recruitment support throughout the hiring process, partnering with designated client groups to identify, attract, and hire top talent. This role focuses on shaping and driving the recruitment strategy for Services and Commercial roles across Central Europe, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-quality hiring process aligned with business priorities. As a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner develops long-term talent acquisition strategies, influences hiring decisions through data and market insight, leads complex searches and critical offer negotiations, and helps strengthen the overall Talent Acquisition function through mentoring, best-practice sharing, and continuous improvement. This role requires deep expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and pipeline building for critical and future-ready capabilities.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute hiring strategies for high-complexity, high-visibility Services and Commercial roles across Central Europe
Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for strategically important and hard-to-fill positions, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and passive talent engagement
Build and maintain robust pipelines of external talent using advanced sourcing tools, market mapping, and sophisticated search methodologies
Anticipate talent and workforce risks and proactively advise leaders on mitigation actions and future-ready talent strategies
Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive, equitable, and delivers a positive candidate experience
Be a subject matter expert in the area of recruitment through deep knowledge of talent markets, market trends, talent availability data, compensation benchmarks, and strong understanding of business needs
Lead and negotiate complex, high-stakes offers, ensuring alignment with business requirements and market conditions
Champion the company's employer brand both internally and externally, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, workforce needs, and hiring priorities
Influence senior leaders on recruitment strategies, talent market dynamics, and hiring decisions through data-driven insight and sound judgment
Translate talent, market, and business data into compelling insights that support informed hiring decisions and workforce planning
Provide expert guidance on hiring processes, metrics, and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
Challenge conventional approaches where needed and bring credible, strategic recommendations that strengthen talent decisions and business outcomes
Partner closely with HR and business leaders to align recruitment activity with functional and enterprise priorities
Use and champion Lean methodology in daily work in line with set KPIs, managing requisitions with high accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity
Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology, and enhance hiring outcomes at scale
Participate in projects, implement best practices, act as a change champion for peers, and help improve the overall Talent Acquisition function
Mentor and coach Talent Acquisition colleagues, sharing best practices and helping strengthen TA capability and maturity across the team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge or experience
Significant experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment with a strong track record recruiting complex, high-visibility roles across multiple business functions and markets
Advanced expertise in innovative sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and shape recruitment strategy
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect immediate hiring priorities to long-term workforce needs
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data and market trends into actionable insight
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, especially in complex or high-stakes offers
Demonstrated leadership through mentoring and coaching recruiters
Deep knowledge of industry trends, talent markets, and compensation benchmarks
Experience recruiting within Services, Commercial, industrial, energy, or similarly complex business environments is preferred
Experience supporting multi-country hiring across Central Europe is preferred
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
