Job Responsibility:
Designing and delivering recruitment strategies that align with Euc’s evolving business needs and growth goals
Owning end-to-end hiring for key roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and fast, high-quality delivery
Advising stakeholders on recruitment best practices, driving continuous improvement and hiring outcomes
Using creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Seek, ATS, referrals) to build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Tracking and analysing hiring data to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve
Sharing recruitment insights and metrics with hiring managers to support informed, data-driven decisions
Requirements:
7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience across multiple business functions
Prior RPO experience combined with current in-house TA exposure
Proven ability to shape hiring plans, influence stakeholders, and refine role requirements
Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues in the recruitment funnel
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes and priorities simultaneously
Skilled in proactive sourcing and building engaged talent pipelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field
Additional language skills
Experience with hiring across multiple markets and cultures
