Requirements
5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and continuously improving monitoring solutions for applications built on Java or .NET platforms, with a focus on proactive issue detection and system reliability
2+ years of experience supporting production environments, leading incident response efforts, and effectively communicating status, impact, and resolution to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
2+ years of experience driving cross-functional problem management, partnering with application development, product teams, infrastructure, and platform engineering to resolve root causes and prevent recurrence

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Experience leading and coordinating major incident response, maintaining composure and clarity under pressure
Weekend on-call rotations
RTO hybrid with 3 days in Office for 8 + hours
