Job Description

Excellent opportunity for a Lead Systems integration engineer commutable to Cirencester. This is a permanent role with a salary of £75,000 basic and offered on a Hybrid working model of 2-3 days a week in the office near Cirencester. The purpose of this role is to lead the integration function in delivering scalable, automated and data-driven business systems that enable the company’s transformation strategy. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, the Lead Systems integration engineer will focus on hands-on development, integration, and optimisation of Salesforce, Hubspot, NetSuite, Halo (or similar), and associated middleware. The role will establish and maintain development frameworks, drive customisation and integration, and enable systems that underpin a modern, efficient operating model.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver the system changes and enhancements determined by the Transformation Team, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with transformation
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for CRM (Salesforce and Hubspot), ERP (NetSuite), ITSM (Halo), MDR (TBD), other corporate platforms, and transition
  • Document technical designs and support governance frameworks as required
  • Build and customise applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SuiteScript, and .NET/C#
  • Develop APIs and middleware for integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and ITSM, including the use of third-party solutions (e.g. MuleSoft)
  • Automate real-time workflows and data migrations across systems
  • Ensure adherence to security standards and data protection regulations
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers and transformation consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver them
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
