Job Description

Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) and ISO 27001 (Data Management System) within the manufacturing organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Implement and maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 requirements
  • Ensure all processes and procedures comply with the applicable ISO standards
  • Develop, review, and update SOPs, procedures, work instructions, and IMS documentation
  • Maintain document control and ensure proper revision and distribution of documents
  • Plan and conduct internal audits as per ISO standards
  • Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions
  • Coordinate with certification bodies for ISO audits (initial, surveillance, and recertification)
  • Ensure audit readiness and provide necessary documentation during audits
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements
  • Conduct training sessions on ISO standards, quality systems, safety practices, and environmental awareness
  • Monitor corrective actions for audit findings and process non-conformities
  • Track effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures
  • Monitor KPIs, including Quality/ISMS objectives, environmental targets, and safety performance
  • Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) by preparing reports and data related to IMS performance

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the architecture of the Customer Data Hub (CDH), ensuring stability, scalability, and future readiness
  • Design robust, production-ready solution architectures that efficiently support business requirements in high-volume real-time environments
  • Act as the technical authority for critical production and incident topics (L3), performing root cause analysis and driving sustainable resolution and stabilization
  • Lead architectural decision-making and steer solution designs across multiple agile teams, including external partners and shared service centers
  • Define and own the architectural runway, technical standards, and best practices for development, integration, and operations
  • Ensure a consistent integration architecture across BSS, OSS, and other IT systems
  • Provide technical guidance to Product Owners and business stakeholders, translating requirements into implementable architecture
  • Drive the continuous evolution of the CDH platform, including technology roadmap, innovation initiatives, and automation
  • Act as a mentor for developers and architects, fostering the growth of the technical community
  • Ensure performance, data consistency, and system availability under production load at all times
