Job Responsibility:
Ensure the people we support receive high-quality, person-centred care
Become a trusted guide for colleagues to ensure consistency is followed
Help people build independence, develop new skills and make choices that reflect the life they want to live
Set meaningful goals and recognise the potential in everyday moments
Support colleagues to ensure Support plans are being followed correctly
Support with daily routines from personal care and medication to meal preparation, shopping and maintaining a comfortable home
Play a key part in coaching and mentoring support workers
Share good practice, offer mindful feedback and help create a positive, inclusive team culture
Contribute to reviews, support continuous improvement and work in line with Dimensions’ values, policies and regulatory standards
Building strong relationships with families, circles of support and colleagues
Requirements:
FULL UK/EU Driving Licence is essential
Lead with empathy, confidence and a genuine desire to help people live the lives they choose
Are motivated by making a meaningful difference and empowering others to grow
Enjoy balancing hands-on support with mentoring and guiding other team members
Communicate clearly, offer constructive feedback, and naturally lead by example
Build strong, trusting relationships with families, colleagues and the people we support
