As the Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will own the supplier selection and negotiation process. Job Responsibility

  • Drive RFx and Supplier Selection process with key stakeholders
  • Negotiate best-in-class value through thorough cost negotiation
  • Close contract negotiations to support a successful transition into production
  • Manage business relationships to develop productive partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to continuously evolve policies and procedures, enhancing organizational value and efficiency

Requirements

  • BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, or MBA/MS and 5+ years of experience
  • Automotive or Aerospace cost negotiation expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of high-volume supply contracts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and highly-regulated environment
  • Strong executive communication and internal/external negotiation skills
  • Ability to cut through ambiguity and detail limitations to make concrete and sound decisions
  • An insatiable curiosity and a keen attention to detail
  • Solid analytical and computer skills (excel/sheets, word/docs, powerpoint/slides)
