As the Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will own the supplier selection and negotiation process. Job Responsibility:
Drive RFx and Supplier Selection process with key stakeholders
Negotiate best-in-class value through thorough cost negotiation
Close contract negotiations to support a successful transition into production
Manage business relationships to develop productive partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with cross-functional leaders to continuously evolve policies and procedures, enhancing organizational value and efficiency
Requirements:
BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, or MBA/MS and 5+ years of experience
Automotive or Aerospace cost negotiation expertise
In-depth knowledge of high-volume supply contracts
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and highly-regulated environment
Strong executive communication and internal/external negotiation skills
Ability to cut through ambiguity and detail limitations to make concrete and sound decisions
An insatiable curiosity and a keen attention to detail
Solid analytical and computer skills (excel/sheets, word/docs, powerpoint/slides)
