You will be joining a powerhouse team of 1,800 people across 11 countries, managing 2.3 million parts per day. As a Lead Supply Chain & Quality Manager, you will be the vital link between our global suppliers and our Final Assembly Lines. You will take full ownership of supplier performance, ensuring our partners deliver "On Quality, On Time" to keep our production soaring. Job Responsibility

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Manage contract execution and take accountability for supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance to ensure seamless delivery to our plants
  • Strategic Recovery & Growth: Implement robust recovery and improvement plans to secure product conformity and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary interface between Airbus and our suppliers, fostering a collaborative partnership built on transparency and high standards
  • Lead Multi-Functional Teams: Coordinate stakeholders across Engineering, Programs, and Procurement to harmonize supply chain activities and divisional goals
  • Control & Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of supplier capabilities and manufacturing technologies to provide effective control and oversight of all activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading a team within Supply Chain/quality
  • Aerospace industry experience or experience in a similar environment such as automotive or rail
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trusting relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment
