Job Description

The Lead, Supplier Performance & Global Supply Resilience is a strategic leader responsible for transforming the global supply base into a source of competitive advantage. This role architects and governs a world-class supplier performance framework that drives innovation, risk resilience, operational excellence, and end-to-end visibility across a complex international network. This leader moves the organization from reactive supplier management to predictive, data-driven performance intelligence—ensuring the supply base accelerates growth, protects continuity, and advances enterprise objectives. This position is remote-telework. US Citizenship is required to apply.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and lead a standardized global supplier performance governance model
  • Develop KPI architecture (OTIF, quality, cost, service, ESG, innovation metrics)
  • Implement predictive analytics and AI-enabled performance dashboards
  • Drive root cause resolution and structured corrective action programs
  • Lead executive-level supplier performance reviews
  • Establish multi-tier supplier visibility (Tier 1–N mapping)
  • Develop geopolitical, financial, and operational risk monitoring frameworks
  • Lead scenario planning, stress testing, and contingency strategy development
  • Partner with IT and cybersecurity teams on digital supply risk mitigation
  • Launch structured supplier innovation programs and joint business planning
  • Develop incentive structures that reward performance acceleration and innovation
  • Identify cost transformation, sustainability, and technology opportunities within the supply base
  • Position suppliers as strategic partners, not transactional vendors

Requirements

  • 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier performance leadership with Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with Master’s degree
  • Experience managing global supply bases across multiple regions
  • Experience implementing supplier governance and performance frameworks
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives at scale
  • US Citizenship is required to apply
