Job Responsibility

  • Work directly with clients at all different levels to guide complex projects and develop innovative solutions
  • Focus on business process re-engineering efforts and technology enablement
  • Earn trusted client status and build relationships that extend beyond the project’s lifecycle
  • Apply strong knowledge of human capital management processes and SAP technology to help clients achieve business objectives
  • Facilitate solution architecting workshops with business managers, client staff, and end-users to determine functional requirements
  • Configure SuccessFactors systems to meet client business requirements
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
  • Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required
  • A minimum of five years prior professional consulting or equivalent industry experience in the design and development of SAP Success Factors solutions
  • At least three years of recent hands-on systems configuration experience within the SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience with Success Factors Employee Central, strong understanding of Success Factors Recruiting, Success Factors Learning, Success Factors Onboarding, Success Factors Performance & Goals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
  • Willingness to travel to client locations
  • English: Upper-Intermediate
