You will partner with different teams on cross-functional projects to ensure strategic alignment of business goals and improve operational excellence to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Job Responsibility:
Analyse unstructured, ambiguous and complex challenges facing the organisation making judicious use of qualitative and quantitative data
gather insights, define problems and identify underlying opportunities
Make Compelling Recommendations
develop a tactical plan to execute and translate them into results
Lead initiatives to optimise the efforts of function owners-on strategic alignment, being analytical driven and day-to-day operational matters if needed
Evaluate And Track Key Performance Indicators
set a culture of being data-driven across the organisation
Creating and providing a process for training and developing new sales team members to ensure the team is aligned on best practices, sales tools, and Browserstack’s offerings & value proposition
Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and company leadership to refine effective and engaging enablement programs
Advise on the global learning journey for employees and vendor partners, related to sales excellence and in line with onboarding and solution training
Ensure the majority of our learning content is scalable allowing for global reach and impact by including relevant input and consulting on necessary localization needs
Contribute to internal team initiatives, such as content maintenance and onboarding optimization, that will drive our team forward and ensure our rep learning experience is efficient, effective and engaging
Requirements:
At least 4+ yrs years of relevant experience in management consulting firms or investment banks
or similar BizOps experience in the technology domain
Structured thinking, strong problem-solving skills and a solid business sense
Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, and delivering analysis and recommendations
Proficient in analytics and be able to develop actionable insights using data
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Experience building onboarding and enablement plans
Background and experience in technology is highly preferred
Experience in marketing in SaaS and enterprise software is a plus
An MBA from a class A institution and an IIT or technology qualification will be a strong plus
