Job Description:

As a Lead Spray Foam Installer, you’ll take charge of a crew and oversee spray foam insulation projects for both residential and commercial clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading and mentoring your team, helping them develop their skills
  • Operating and maintaining spray foam equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Solving on-the-job challenges quickly and effectively
  • Communicating with clients to keep them informed and address any concerns
  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized job site from start to finish

Requirements:

  • No facial hair on cheeks and neck due to respirator use
  • Must be able to work in the US
  • Must speak English
  • 3+ years of experience in spray foam insulation (2 years will be considered)
  • Experience leading a crew or team on job sites
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of spray foam equipment and maintenance
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
  • Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and work in extreme temperatures
  • Familiarity with OSHA protocols (OSHA 10 certification preferred)
  • Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure
  • Basic math and computer skills for tracking materials and time
  • Willingness to work overtime and occasionally travel for out-of-town projects
