Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Engineer and Quality Assurance expert to fill our Lead Software Development, Engineering, & Testing (SDET) position within our WIM Core Engineering Data and Transformation product space. In this role, expect to develop automated testing scripts, plans and strategies that enable the team to deliver business value faster and in a safe way.

Job Responsibility:

Develop automated testing scripts, plans and strategies
Design solutions for medium to complex business processes
Implement rigorous testing to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
Coach and lead other SDETs and engineers
Serve as the subject matter expert
Lead end to end testing activities
Develop Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience
2 years with one or more software development languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, JSON, Angular, NodeJS
Experience with one or more Testing Frameworks: Selenium, JMeter, Blazemeter, Performance Center, Perfecto, Cucumber, Gherkin, ALM, Gremlin, Chaos Monkey, Chaos Toolkit, Simian Army, Toxi Proxy
2 years of financial industry experience
4 years of Quality Assurance experience
2 years of experience following a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) software development model
2 years of experience following a product-oriented, agile-based development framework such as scrum, LeSS, or SAFe
