As a Lead Solution Consultant for the DACH region, you will serve as the technical authority and primary bridge between our Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform and our customers. You will partner with field sales teams to discover and understand complex customer business challenges, processes, and architectural landscapes to build world-class integrated solutions. You will translate customer goals into operational, AI-assisted agreement workflows and serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with Solutions Consulting and Field Sales teams to cultivate and secure net-new business within the DACH region
Uncover, comprehend, and document complex business challenges, processes, and enterprise architecture
Engage in meaningful business and technical conversations, sharing industry insights with key stakeholders from all levels
Establish technical credibility and build confidence in recommended solutions leveraging your product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical Q&A, and business process diagrams
Articulate selected recommendations and the business value they provide to diverse audiences
Serve as an expert on the Docusign IAM platform, including integration of AI into SaaS platforms
Work collaboratively with sales partners and other internal teams to provide a world-class buying experience
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Consulting within an Enterprise SaaS environment, or equivalent experience
Experience with AI tools, APIs, and enterprise technology stacks
Fluency in German (written and spoken) and English
BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
Experience engaging with executive-level staff and articulating business value
Experience with technical business documentation (workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs)
Nice to have:
Professional proficiency in French is a strong plus
Familiarity with Enterprise-class systems like ERP, CRM, and ECM
Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Tech, Service, or Life Science industries
