Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture aligned with strategic goals
Design and document end-to-end solutions that integrate legacy systems with modern platforms
Provide architectural oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Evaluate and recommend AI and cloud-based tools to enhance business capabilities
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years in IT architecture or solution design roles
Demonstrated experience in the healthcare payer industry, including familiarity with claims processing, eligibility, and provider systems
Strong mainframe experience, including integration with modern platforms
Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise solutions
Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
API design and integration
Data architecture and governance
DevOps and CI/CD practices
Security and compliance in healthcare IT

Nice to have:

Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
Experience with hybrid cloud environments
Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare data standards
Experience with Low Code/No Code and Rules Framework tools
Experience with Appian Vendor platform
Experience with ETL Tools such as Ab Initio
