Lead Software Engineer

Evident is a VC-backed technology startup, headquartered in Atlanta, GA. We’re looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer who will be a hands-on builder of the product and lead a small team (2–3 engineers) in an AI-first development environment. The core of this role is using AI tools as a primary force multiplier across the software lifecycle to accelerate delivery of SaaS products without sacrificing quality. You’ll set direction, raise engineering standards, and guide the team through modern, AI-enabled ways of building.
