Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with minimum of 5+ years of Pega development and technical lead to lead complex technology initiatives and develop companywide best practices.

Job Responsibility:

Lead complex technology initiatives including companywide projects
Act as key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
Review and analyze complex technology solutions
Make decisions in developing best practices for engineering solutions
Collaborate with technical experts and senior technology team
Lead projects, teams, or serve as peer mentor
Lead team of 5-10 developers
Work with business and customer to deliver requirements
Develop Pega workflow tools

Requirements:

5+ years of Software Engineering experience
5+ years of Pega development experience
4+ years of Software Engineering experience
2+ years of financial services experience
2+ years of Oracle development experience
2+ years of Agile experience
Ability to communicate effectively with senior executive-level leaders
Certified Pega CSSA and CSA

Nice to have:

Pega 7.4 and above
Oracle
